We do not announce them publicly. They are never on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, they run for a short window, and when the window closes the code stops working.

How do the codes work?
Booking direct is cheaper than the listing sites every day of the year, with no code needed. On top of that we release a discount code a few times a year, for short windows only. They are not advertised anywhere and they are never on the listing sites, so the only way to catch one is to be on the email list.
When is the next code?
That is rather the point of them. We release them when the calendar has room, which is not on a fixed schedule, and we tell the list first. Codes run for a short window and stop working when it closes.
Is booking here as safe as booking on a platform?
Payment is processed on a secure card processor, you get instant written confirmation, and you sign a rental agreement that spells out the terms. You also get a direct phone number to reach us on, which no platform gives you.
What is the cancellation policy?
It is shown in full on the quote before you pay, and it is written into the rental agreement you sign.
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, up to two pets. Add them when you check dates so the quote includes any pet fee.
Where exactly is the house?
A quiet residential street in University Heights, about a mile from John Carroll and ten minutes from University Circle and the Cleveland Clinic. The full address goes out with your check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed.
Can I book a longer stay?
