This site is run by Elle Investments LLC, which operates the Charming University Heights Getaway in University Heights, Ohio. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you enter it to receive a returning guest code. You choose to give it, and we tell you at that moment what it will be used for.
• Your phone number, only if you tick the optional box asking us to text you about open dates.
• Booking details, if you make a reservation: name, contact details, dates, guest count and payment information. Bookings and payments are handled by our reservation system, OwnerRez, and its payment processor. Card numbers are never stored on this site.

What we do with it

We send you the discount code you asked for, occasional notes about open dates, and the messages needed to run your stay. That is all. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Stopping the emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also reply to any message and ask to be removed, or write to ellehomeshost@gmail.com, and we will delete your details.

Who else sees your data

Only the services needed to run the booking: our reservation system (OwnerRez), the payment processor that handles your card, the email service that sends our messages, and this site's host (Netlify), which records form submissions so we receive them. Each processes your data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The booking widget on the booking page is provided by OwnerRez and may set cookies needed to keep your quote and reservation working.
